Refunds

Due to the consumable and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We also do not accept returns on gift cards. All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.  Should you have any issues with your order, missing items from your order or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, within 7 days. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company (see lost/stolen policy). 

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, please contact us via email or fill out our contact form with your name, order number and details about the product issue. Please allow 24-48 business hours, Monday - Friday (except holidays) from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to take care of the claim with UPS or USPS. We will need you to provide us detailed photos of the damage in order to process the claim and ship out a new jar. If you notice damage BEFORE OPENING the package, it is best to return to sender. In order to process a claim and replace your product we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or defective products will be re-shipped to you free of charge.
