Shipping & Processing
Our shipping hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5 pm EST, excluding US holidays. We do not ship Friday through Sunday. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time prior to shipment. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam and/or junk mail if you have not received tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not serve as a guarantee. Transit time may vary based on your chosen carrier, distance, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Any inquiries regarding where your package is in transit should be made directly to the carrier. Our customer service agents are unable to provide any additional information than what you have via your tracking number.
Your shipping address must be correct. Please verify correct address upon checkout. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Just a Little Herb has received the product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is shown as delivered via USPS or UPS but you have not received it, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier directly as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to provide you with the original label and proof of purchase to go along with your claim.
If the package was lost during transit, we will issue a store credit.
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Just a Little Herb has received the product.
