To brew the tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep for 7 to 10 minutes, then enjoy up to three times daily.

How to Make Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp of My Neck, My Back Blend
• 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
• Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or agave)

Optional Add-Ins:
Pinch of black pepper (to enhance absorption)
Splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor

Instructions:

1. In a small pot, bring 1 cup of milk to a gentle simmer—don’t boil.
2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of My Neck, My Back blend.
3. Simmer on low for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Strain into your favorite mug using a fine mesh strainer.
5. Sweeten to taste and enjoy warm.
